Brief of the case

During Shi Moumou's tenure as the sales director of a retail enterprise, the enterprise sold the temporary, expired, insect-born and moldy rice in the company's supermarket stores by changing the production date and returning to the factory for processing. After verification, the case involved more than 200 tons of rice that had been sold, with a value of more than 900,000 yuan; more than 400 tons of rice that had not yet been sold, with a value of more than 180 million yuan.

After the lawyer participated in the defense, the procuratorate adopted the defense opinion and made a decision not to prosecute.
