Lawyer He Yanying, a member of the Communist Party of China, a bachelor's degree in law from Yunnan Normal University, a master's degree in civil and commercial law from Kunming University of Science and Technology, is now a full-time lawyer of Yunnan Datao Law Firm, a third-level lawyer title, and a hearing officer of the Kunming People's Procuratorate (term from 2022 July 22 to July 21, 2027).
