To build a professional and sizable bankruptcy services team, we established the Bankruptcy Legal Affairs Department. This department is led by Senior Partner and Deputy Director Lawyer Tan Ying and is staffed with a team of dedicated, knowledgeable, and experienced lawyers. With years of legal service experience working with financial institutions, asset management companies, commercial banks, government agencies, and private enterprises, we provide specialized legal opinions and solutions for bankruptcy liquidation, reorganization, or pre-reorganization. Alongside bankruptcy-related services, we offer comprehensive support in finance, labor, accounting, taxation, real estate, and dispute resolution within related proceedings. In 2020, our firm was officially listed as a Bankruptcy Administrator by the Yunnan Higher People’s Court.

Currently, our team comprises 19 members and is continually expanding. Specializing in corporate bankruptcy liquidation, restructuring, and settlement, our department is committed to delivering accurate, professional, and comprehensive legal services for enterprises, debtors, creditors, and investors through refined expertise, optimized team structure, and collaborative efforts. Since its establishment, we have managed multiple bankruptcy cases, earning positive feedback from the courts. Additionally, the department has developed standardized bankruptcy-related processes and established templates for administrative reports and guidelines to improve documentation standards across our team. We prioritize the professional development of our lawyers, frequently facilitating training on bankruptcy law for administrators, and promoting experience sharing, business exchanges, and theoretical exploration to continually enhance service quality.
